Registration
IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION IS FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE ATTENDING PUBLIC SCHOOL IN PEARL CITY FOR THE FIRST TIME OR ARE RETURNING TO PUBLIC SCHOOL IN PEARL CITY AFTER LEAVING.
Students enrolling in public schools must have documentation proving they reside in the geographic area that the school is located. as well as, health records, and birth certificate. In addition, educational documents and other legal documents should be submitted at time of registration.
Further information can be obtained from the Hawaii Department of Education and Department of Health websites. Please note: Starting fall 2020, Hawaii law requires that all incoming 7th graders MUST complete additional vaccinations prior to enrollment. For more information, visit Vax To School Hawaii.
Please have copies of all required documents prior to registering your child at Highlands Intermediate School.

Once you have completed the registration forms and obtained the proper documents, call 808-307-5000 to schedule an appointment with the registrar.
